1. Company Information & Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all consumer orders placed on avanteparfums.eu, operated by Avante Parfums (Swedish Organization Number: 060424-1935), registered at Storgatan 38, 577 32 Hultsfred, Sweden (Email: parfumsavante@gmail.com). To enter into a purchase agreement, you must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent under Swedish law.
2. Prices, VAT (Moms) & Price Information Act
Prices are stated in SEK, including applicable VAT, in accordance with Prisinformationslagen (2004:347). Each 30 ml fragrance costs NOK 289. Delivery within Sweden costs NOK 49 and is free on orders over NOK 499. Delivery within Europe costs NOK 99; the Swedish free-delivery offer does not apply to Europe. The total price and applicable delivery charge are shown before you place an order with an obligation to pay.
3. Orders, Waitlist & Contract Conclusion
Lune D’Or orders open on October 30, 2026. Blanc’s release date is unannounced. Before launch, joining the waitlist requests a notification only; no pre-orders are accepted and no purchase agreement is created. When you place an order after launch, an automated order confirmation is sent to your email address in accordance with the Swedish E-Commerce Act (Lag 2002:562 om elektronisk handel). A tracking link is emailed after dispatch.
4. Cosmetics Compliance (EU Regulation EC No 1223/2009)
All Avante Parfums compositions comply with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cosmetic products (supervised in Sweden by Läkemedelsverket). Full INCI ingredient declarations, allergen disclosures, nominal volume (30 ml e 1.0 fl. oz.), and batch numbering are provided on each product page and outer packaging.
5. Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS certified providers. Accepted payment methods include Klarna (Pay Now, Pay Later, Slice It), Apple Pay, Visa, and Mastercard.
6. Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt — SFS 2005:59)
Under Distansavtalslagen (2005:59), you normally have 14 days to notify us that you wish to withdraw, without giving a reason. The period begins the day after you receive the goods. For an order delivered in several parts, it normally begins after the last item is received. You may also notify us before dispatch. After notifying us, send the goods back without undue delay and within a further 14 days. Missing legally required withdrawal information may extend the withdrawal period as provided by law.
The exception in Chapter 2, Section 11, Item 5 applies only to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the consumer has broken the relevant seal. Perfume is not automatically exempt merely because it is a cosmetic product or its outer packaging is opened. Whether the exception applies depends on the specific product and seal. Keep any hygiene seal intact if you wish to return the product. This exception does not remove your statutory rights concerning defective goods.
You can notify us by any clear statement, including an email to parfumsavante@gmail.com, or use Konsumentverket’s standard withdrawal form; the form is optional. Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise at no cost. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. On withdrawal from the full order, we refund standard outbound delivery costs, but not the extra cost of a more expensive delivery option. You bear direct return costs only where we informed you of this before purchase. Any deduction for diminished value must meet the statutory conditions.
7. 3-Year Statutory Right of Complaint (Reklamationsrätt) & Dispute Resolution (ARN)
Swedish law applies, without restricting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of habitual residence or your statutory rights concerning jurisdiction. Under Konsumentköplagen (2022:260), we are responsible for defects for which the seller is legally liable and which become apparent within three years after delivery, not only manufacturing defects. Notify us within a reasonable time after discovering a defect; notification within two months is always timely. A defect that appears within two years is normally presumed to have existed at delivery unless that presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the defect. Remedies such as repair, replacement, price reduction or termination follow the statutory conditions and are provided without cost where required by law.
If a dispute cannot be resolved with our customer service, you have the right to refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden — ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden (www.arn.se). Avante Parfums always follows ARN’s recommendations.
